Trappola Funke

The German Poker

A lost card game of the European coffeehouses, revived for the digital table. 36 cards. Four Italian suits. No trump. Pure strategy and nerve.

What is Trappola?

For three centuries, Trappola was the card game of Central Europe's coffeehouses and salons. From Venice to Prague, from Vienna to Munich โ€” wherever people gathered to play, Trappola was on the table.

A trick-taking game played with Italian-suited cards, Trappola rewards sharp observation, careful timing, and the courage to announce your strength. There is no trump suit โ€” every card must be earned.

By the twentieth century, the game had nearly vanished. Trappola Funke brings it back to the table โ€” faithful to the original rules, alive on the modern screen.
